At Aliamed, we bridge the distance between our CBD offerings and your European doorstep. We prioritise swift and reliable delivery, with options tailored to your location:
- Italy & UK: Delivered within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping fees apply, or enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £50 or €50.
- Other European Countries: Delivered within 5–7 business days with standard shipping. Express options may be available upon request.
Free Shipping
Orders over £50 in the UK and €50 across Europe automatically qualify for free standard shipping. No codes or coupons are required — simply check out and we’ll handle the delivery.
Shipping Process
All orders destined for the UK and Ireland are processed and dispatched from warehouses located within the UK. The courier assigned to your order is selected automatically based on availability and estimated delivery times for your region.
Our delivery partners may include Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, and UPS, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery services.
Please note that carriers may occasionally leave packages in a secure location at your address, even where a signature service is selected. This is done to help ensure safe receipt when you are unavailable. Carriers use discretion and take precautions to choose a secure location.

30-Day Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, your Aliamed purchase does not meet expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Simple Return Process
- Request an RA number: Email returns@aliamedeurope.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Repack carefully: Securely pack your items in their original packaging.
- Return with label: Write the RA number clearly on the return package and use the pre-paid return label provided by Aliamed (within Europe), or return the parcel to the address provided by our customer service team (outside Europe).
- Refund processing: Once we receive and confirm your returned items, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
