Simple Return Process:

1. Request an RA Number: Contact us via email at returns@aliamedeurope.com  to request a return authorisation number (RA number).
   
2. Repack Carefully: Securely pack your items in their original packaging.
   
3. Return with Label: Include the RA number on the return package and use the pre-paid label provided by Aliamed (within Europe) or send it back to the address provided by our customer service team (outside Europe).
   
4. Refund within 10 Days: Upon receiving and confirming your returned items, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
